For 30 years, Mr. Herrington has partnered with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address, resolve, and develop systems to avoid, complex cross-border legal challenges. He has accomplished this by leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve extraordinary results and satisfy the most demanding clients.

Most recently, he was a Partner at Paul Hastings LLP. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. He began his career at Williams & Connolly LLP. Mr. Herrington is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

Mr. Herrington has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading practitioner representing individuals and institutions in complex multi-jurisdiction enforcement matters. He has been called out in national publications for “clever” and groundbreaking tactics and initiatives; extensive board and senior executive counseling; jury trials of major trade secret and professional liability issues; having prevailed in a criminal trial held in the Princely Court of First Instance in Vaduz, Liechtenstein; and handled numerous Congressional investigations and serving as press-facing resource for clients.

After graduating from Syracuse University with a B.A. in 1989 with Honors as the 1989 Syracuse Scholar, he graduated from Yale Law School, J.D. in 1993 where he was the Managing Editor of The Yale Law Review.
