  • We seek verifiable and actionable intelligence. Our investigation, data gathering, and analytical processes are designed around our specific Research, Investigation, and Intelligence (RI) methodology utilizing military grade Red Team/Blue Team research and investigation procedures including human intelligence gathering techniques. Our highly experienced and expert team measures the value of targeted data collection through five primary lenses:

    • Factual content – is the data properly labeled as accurate or otherwise

    • Relevance – is the data relevant to the engagement’s objectives

    • Defendable – can the source of the data be defended

    • Time sensitivity – is the collection of data usable within the agreed schedule

    • Advantage – will the data provide tangible value to the client

  • We work closely with counsel and traditional due diligence providers to identify and evaluate known and unknown internal or external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from corporate, government, and key individual actors utilizing our RI2 methodology.

  • Effective risk management starts by determining the nature and potential impact of identified risks and/or threats. It involves developing and implementing active operational strategies to control or limit risk by either accepting, avoiding, or mitigating these risks to ensure the success of defined client goals or objectives.

  • Cyber security has become an integral part of corporate risk management. Our team provides an independent assessment of potential risk vectors. Utilizing military grade cyber conflict simulation strategy, we provide an approach to cyber security that is realistic, relevant, and up to date. By accounting for both present and future requirements, we provide systems and procedures to help mitigate our client’s exposure to hostile threats.

  • Directed and effective messaging requires properly understanding the intended audience. Our proprietary RI2 processes will analyze and identify each client’s key audiences along with their requirements, preferences, and motivations. We work closely with our clients and their team to procure the desired outcomes for each message. We help establish and practice communication procedures so our client’s organization and key team members can handle any eventuality, while advancing their messaging with clarity and consistency.

  • Relationships are built in inches over decades and can be lost by miles in seconds. We have spent decades building essential individual, corporate, financial, governmental, and media relationships, both locally and globally. Where necessary, we identify and cultivate additional relationships to assist our clients.
